How it works:

The Workbook is an interactive PDF file, so that means you can fill it out directly on your computer or device each day. 

During each day during your 30 days of gratitude, you will come to your Gratitude Journal Page in the workbook. You’ll first be inspired by a new gratitude quote and daily intention. 

Next you’ll focus on the major areas of your life – what you liked about them that day, and something to focus on in that area for tomorrow. You can be as general or as specific as you like here, the power is just in the act of making a note about it. 


At the bottom of the journal page, you’ll highlight the low point and the high point of your day, and then give yourself an overall mood score for how you were feeling. 

It’s super simple but totally powerful and you’ll come to find that the act of just coming to the page and brining some awareness to your day will reveal so much about your emotions, your goals and your desires, and will completely open you up to the abundance that already exists for you. 

Each week during your 30 days of Gratitude, there are brief “intermissions” where you take a step back and reflect on your feelings that week. There is a short lesson in midst and perspective and a sweet poem to leave you feeling inspired.

The Final two days are where all the magic happens. You’ll reflect on  what has changed for your over the past 28 days, set some new intentions and you’ll be walked through a simple process to manifest the true desires of your soul, the ones that were revealed to you while you doused your life in Gratitude.

Brief lessons on mindset to give you the low down on just why and how Gratitude is paramount to a fulfilling and abundant life.

The Gratitude Games

Short, fun games to train your mind in thinking positively, how to focus on the good stuff and interrupt your anxiety with gratitude.

The Gratitude Journal Pages

The daily gratitude journal pages are foundation of the 30 days of gratitude. Each day begins with a gorgeous gratitude quote, and each day has a new intention. The gratitude journal page starts off general, where you’ll write down anything and everything you were grateful for that day.

Then you’ll focus on each of the major areas of your life – reflect on what you were grateful for in that area today, and a goal for yourself tomorrow. You’ll then highlight the low point and the high point of your day, and finally, you’ll give yourself an overall mood score for how you were feeling. Weekly Intermissions

A weekly break between your gratitude journaling for a short lesson on cultivating your mind and expanding your brain to see with a little more perspective. You’ll complete a feelings reflection where you give yourself an average rating on the way you felt that week. Then, we finish up with a short poem to inspire you to for the week to come.

Making Space – 2 Final Days of reflection & Manifestation
