Hey friends, Nicole here, and I created the Gratitude Workbook because I really needed it. Gratitude has brought me out of the depths of my own mind and into the heart of my everyday life. Gratitude has given me the permission to feel joy, ask for what I want, and receive love.
Since the early days of adolescence, I had accepted the experience of anxiety and depression as a part of who I was. But what felt like clinical diagnosis or chemical imbalance was simply a misperception of life and the product of an unfocused mind. Those experiences, however, are what led me to my own spiritual awakening and what led me to create the Gratitude Workbook. I’m a graphic designer and a creative soul to a fault, so I poured my heart, mind and creativity into this project. It saved my butt many times over, when my mind and perspective were overwhelmed with anxiety, self doubt and I was suffering from a case of first word problems.
